These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kembora, a service of Reliable Integration LLC DBA Kembora (“Kembora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or services, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Kembora provides tools intended to help businesses manage revenue-recovery workflows, including communications, lead follow-up, appointment activity, and reporting. Features may change as the service develops. We do not guarantee a particular business result, lead outcome, appointment, or amount of revenue.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, maintaining the security of your account, and ensuring that your use of Kembora complies with applicable law. You must obtain any required consent before messaging or contacting an individual and must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity.
Messaging terms
Where Kembora sends or facilitates SMS messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to cancel messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. You must promptly honor opt-out requests and comply with applicable messaging, carrier, and consumer-protection requirements.
Intellectual property and feedback
Kembora and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as authorized. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kembora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
